UK Section – National Golf Competition

It is with great pleasure that I can share details of the 2024 National Golf competition. The venue next year will be Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort in Northumberland (Coal Rd, Hexham NE47 0BX. Tel 01434 673350). The competition will again comprise a singles competition and a team competition.

The two 18-hole Championship courses have played host to over 20 European Tour, European Seniors Tour, PGA Cup and now Asian Tour events. Described as the 'Augusta of the North', the Hunting Course is among the finest Northumberland golf courses and should be on every golfer's bucket list. It even has its own version of Amen Corner – which can make or break you on the final four holes! The slightly more forgiving but equally as addictive Priestman Course stretches away from the resort, offering wonderful panoramic views of the Tyne Valley as you tee off.
